Women's Fedora Hat- Stylish And Elegant

Women's fedora hats are typically made from 100% wool felt.  This sleek fedora has a high crown and brim that’s about 2inches wide.  The hat itself is accented with a decorative hat band to make for a complete sophisticated look with a slight hint of fierceness. These fedoras were specially made for women.

Some have ribbons on them with a nicely laced toquilla. There are also other hats that are decorated with feathers and flowers along with straws, different brims, berets, buckets and cowboy styles.

Women’s fedora hats first re-emerged when Madonna made a big comeback in 80’s fashion. The whole industry soon followed with unique styles of women’s fedora hats. This trend started moving up, that drastically altered the styles of the 80’s. Indiana Jones may have made the vintage and leather hat famous, but for this time, women’s fedora hats ruled.

I guess we can suffice, that these two public figures became one of the biggest trendsetters of this era. The styles they chose and the way they wore their accessories boosted their image to the public. The public, on the other hand, embraced their styles and sparked a new love for fedoras.

Fedoras once became widespread during the late 1910’s. The popularity further soared, and as a result, it made the distinction from a similar looking hat-the Homburg during the 1930’s. Often time’s people would simply associate fedora hats to men because of the history and culture that I had gone through.

Now, men’s and women’s fedora hats are just as ubiquitous.
